      All Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. It may take longer during weekends and holidays. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

      If We are experiencing a high volume of Service requests, our placements/service enabling may be delayed by a few days. If We are experiencing a high volume of Goods and/or Tickets requests, confirmation and delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.at:

      Charges for Your Service requests will be calculated and displayed based on the service time spent by the mobility companion and applicable taxes.

      Charges for Your Goods and Ticket Orders will be calculated and displayed with applicable taxes before you proceed to payment gateway.

      You will receive a confirmation email once Your Order has been confirmed with a unique Order number.

      When Your Goods Order is dispatched, you will receive an email which will contain a tracking number(s) for you to track the consignment up to delivery.

      Taxes

      [MobiCrew] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). MobiCrew will collect applicable GST on Services, Goods and Tickets to be remitted to GST department, Government of India.

      Damages

      MobiCrew mobility companions are third-party Service providers and as such, MobiCrew is not liable for any damages caused by them. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
