      If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our Goods and Services, We invite You to review our policy on cancellations and refunds.

      The following terms are applicable for any purchases and bookings You have made on MobiCrew’s website and app.

      The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural

      For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:

      • Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to MobiCrew, under Maximus Crew Pvt. Ltd.
      • Service” refers to the mobility assistance services and event bookings offered for sale on the Website and app.
      • Goods” refers to products purchased on Our website and app.
      • Orders” means a request by You to purchase goods or subscribe to Our service packs or services.
      • Website” refers to [MobiCrew], accessible from [www.MobiCrew.com], and the app
      • You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

      Conditions for Refund upon Cancellation

      For the purchase or subscription of Services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

      • The Services were purchased on our website or app only.
      • The cancellation request falls within the refund window of time as specified on Your booking, i.e. 72 hours prior to an event or 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of assistance booking.
      • An event is cancelled by the organiser for any reason.
      • A scheduled mobility assistance booking is cancelled by Us, or the service provider.
      • You provide proof that the service provider did not provide service.
      • A valid emergency involving You.

      We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any Service that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

      Returning Goods

      Goods will be picked up by a standard delivery associate at an intimated date and time. You are responsible for returning the Goods within the stipulated time.

      We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
