How Booking Works
Bookings run in fixed time blocks, 4, 8, 12, 16, or 24 hours, with a minimum of 4 hours and no fixed upper limit, and need to be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Recurring bookings, like a weekly class or regular appointment, can be set up the same way, for as many days as needed. All payments go through the MobiCrew app or website directly, never handed to a Companion in person, and if plans change, cancellations made up to 12 hours before the scheduled time get a full refund.
Once a Companion is confirmed, you'll know exactly who's coming, and if for any reason they're not the right fit, a replacement is arranged at no extra cost. The same booking structure applies whether you're arranging a one-off outing or setting up ongoing support for a parent's daily routine.

If you or a loved one needs help to move about on a wheelchair, crutches or walkers, or just needs general support to walk around due to age or being in recovery, our Companions are there to help.
A Companion will help you move around with ease, inside your house and outdoors. They will also help you with your tasks if needed. However, unless otherwise specified, our Companions do not perform nursing tasks such as administration of medication or bathing patients
We have Companions with varying degrees of experience. Some have just completed their training from well-known institutions, while others have worked in different sectors of the healthcare industry for many years.
Yes. All our Companions have been verified through appropriate channels before being brought on board.
Yes, you can select your gender preference while making your booking. You can also select your language preference, so our Companion is fluent in the language you’ll be most comfortable communicating in.
If you have any concerns or uncomfortable experiences with your designated Companion, please report it to us by calling or emailing us. We will address the issue and take appropriate action.
If you face any issues or challenges during your service, please communicate with the MobiCrew team by calling our customer care number provided on the website and app. We will address the situation immediately.
Yes, we will reassign a new Companion if you’re dissatisfied with the service your current Companion provides, free of charge. You can write to us or call us to help you with this.
No, you should not pay the Companion for any service directly. Companions are facilitated by MobiCrew, and all transactions must take place through the app or the website.
A Companion can be booked for a minimum of 4 hours and there is no fixed upper limit. Our booking structure is divided thus — 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, 16 hours and 24 hours. You can book a Companion for any of these time periods on one particular day, or for as many days as you need. For example, you go to art class every Monday and Friday, so you can book a Companion for 4 hours every Monday and Friday for as many weeks as you need.
We don’t offer customisable hours, so, for example, if you need a Companion for 6 hours only, you will need to make an 8-hour booking.
You can only book our Companions through the MobiCrew website and app. In case of any direct dealings between customers and Companions, MobiCrew will not be responsible for any unfavourable circumstances that may arise for either the customer or the Companion

Companions need to be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance. In case you need a Companion sooner than 24 hours, please call or email customer care.
You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled time of service to get a full refund. We do not offer refunds once this threshold is crossed. Please read our Booking Cancellation Policy for more information.
Not at all. Our Companions will accompany you on any mode of transport, including your own, for any movement you require.
No, we don’t offer wheelchairs or any support equipment as part of Companion service. You need to use your own.
